ROSCOE, Ill. — Martin Exteriors has been recognized as one of the Americas' Fastest Growing Companies in 2022 by The Financial Times (FT). This is Martin Exterior's first time placing on the list, ranking 115 out of 500 with an Absolute Growth Rate of 673.8%, Compound Annual Growth Rate at 97.8% and Revenue of $3.3 million.
Martin Exteriors was only one out of two Illinois companies that made the list. Additionally, the company ranks among big names such as Amazon, Pinterest, Wayfair, DocuSign, Tesla and Netflix.
Family-owned and operated, Martin Exteriors formed in 2006 to ensure local residents received high-quality work at a reasonable price. Founder and Roscoe resident Justin Martin and his family have been in the roofing business for years installing siding and roofs on homes and businesses in Rockford, Roscoe, South Beloit, Loves Park and beyond. The company has seen incredible growth throughout the years and today it employs 10 full time support staff, 15 sales consultants and over 60 installers. While this is Martin Exteriors' first being ranked on the FT list, it is the second time being named a "Fastest Growing Company." In September 2021, the company was named on the Inc. 5000 list of "America's Fastest Growing Companies in America."
"We could not be prouder and more honored to receive this prestigious recognition," said Martin, who serves as president. "Even during COVID-19, our team was resilient, always working hard and safely to provide the best quality roofing and siding for our customers while never cutting corners. We make it a goal to constantly educate ourselves and ensure we create a great culture where our employees thrive. This recognition truly shows how hard our team works and we are extremely proud and humbled to receive this recognition."
This is the third annual FT ranking of The Americas' Fastest Growing Companies. The list captures the resilience of businesses as they adapted to the initial onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2020. The FT list was compiled with Statista, a research company, and ranks entrants from across the Americas by their compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenue between 2017 and 2020.
