BURR RIDGE, Ill. — As a sign of its growth and expertise, the Burr Ridge, Ill.-based ASI Construction announces the creation of its new Multi-Family Division.
The company, which provides residential and commercial exterior remodeling, restoration services, and general contracting in Chicagoland, now will also work directly with homeowners associations (HOAs), apartment complexes, and multi-family properties to offer roofing, siding, and gutters and additional retail services. Some of the company’s target areas include Naperville, Burr Ridge, and Hinsdale.
ASI Construction CEO Jay Andreas explained that the company has experience working with multi-family properties such as townhomes and apartment complexes since 2016. A multi-family property is defined as something that can have more than one housing unit such as an apartment complex, townhome, duplex or a semi-detached home.
This year, with much planning and hiring of high-qualified candidates, Andreas thought the timing was perfect to create a high-level performing division.
“There are a lot of companies in the Chicagoland area that are not capable of handling large losses via insurance and/or retail projects of this magnitude,” he said. “We’ve grown into a space where we can handle any multi-family project no matter the magnitude of the job. We have hired qualified and experienced reps who have tons of experience working on multi-family properties.”
Andreas explained that the work starts with the property management companies who oversee the HOAs, who usually consist of a board of directors.
“The HOA president works with their contact at the property management company,” he said. “With us, we work with everybody. We will attend board meetings and explain every aspect of the job, including pricing as well as in-depth review of the scope of work. ASI will also meet with individual board members to address any questions and/or concerns in regards to the project at hand.”
ASI’s main goal with this new division is to beautify and do current maintenance of multi-family properties. He explained that many of these properties which have been built 20 years ago “need a facelift and are due for new roofs, siding, and gutters.”
Andreas and the ASI team are excited to launch this division as they connect to serve new and existing clientele.
“This new division allows us to expand our company, grow our revenue and recruit people who align with ASI’s mission: bringing our years of expertise and experience and taking it to the next level. Property managers are always looking to connect and work with reliable contractors who can deliver five-star level installations as well as top-quality services and communication,” he said. “Our company is positioned to do just that, thanks to the dream team we have put together.”
