CHICAGO — Jobba announced the promotion of Steven White to chief transformation officer. White has been with the company for six years and played a key role in the product development and branding of Jobba. In his new role, White will lead Jobba teams and initiatives focused on industry transformation, product design, marketing and sales.
“When we say customer-driven focus, it means we're driven by the needs and desires of our customers,” said White. “So everything we do is designed to help our clients with their pain points, their issues and provide them with leadership and vision to grow their businesses.”
Jobba helps roofing contractors manage every aspect of their business from selling to service to invoicing – all on one platform. This allows contractors to automate and track the key areas of their business and eliminates the need to use dozens of technology applications.
“I spoke with a contractor recently who was using 26 different technology apps to run the different areas of their business, which just isn’t manageable," White said. "These apps are not designed to talk to each other, which creates the need for manual workarounds increasing labor and rework. The average contractor is spending over 50% of their time doing the paperwork and manual workarounds generated by all these apps.”
Jobba’s platform also connects contractors to the broader roofing ecosystem with features that allow them to interact with manufacturers, distributors and service providers. One of Jobba’s latest integrations is with the Pegnato Roof Intelligence Network — providing contractors with an opportunity to obtain work with major accounts they couldn’t normally access.
