ROSEMONT, Ill. — The Roofing Alliance, the foundation of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), proudly recognizes and celebrates the 2022 National Roofing Week.
Each year, National Roofing Week — taking place this year from June 5-11 — increases awareness about the significance of roofs to every home and business and shares the good deeds of the industry. The Roofing Alliance is celebrating every day by spotlighting ongoing initiatives that continue to raise the professionalism and reputation of the roofing industry.
The NRCA encourages roofing professionals to participate in National Roofing Week by engaging in their communities and informing the public about the essential role roofs and professional roofing contractors play in every community. The industry is encouraged to follow the NRCA and the Roofing Alliance social media pages, sharing their content across all roofing channels using the hashtag #NationalRoofingWeek.
Here is a list of this year’s daily themes and how the Roofing Alliance will spotlight important initiatives:
Sunday, June 5: It’s National Roofing Week! We encourage our members to participate and help create awareness about the significance of roofs to every home and business. Find out how to participate each day by visiting the NRCA’s website.
Monday, June 6: Monday is Signature Projects Day – share photos showcasing your company’s signature residential and commercial projects for National Roofing Week! Check out the winning project from the 2021-22 Roofing Alliance Gold Circle Awards.
Tuesday, June 7: Tuesday is Charitable Projects Day – share photos that demonstrate your company’s charitable giving for National Roofing Week! This is a great opportunity to celebrate our partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) by posting photos of your company connecting with your adopted Ronald McDonald House program and use the hashtag #RoofsforRMHC.
Wednesday, June 8: Wednesday is Employee Appreciation Day – share photos of your company’s employees and highlight the most valuable players in your company for National Roofing Week. Another great way to celebrate your MVPs is by nominating them for our Roofing Alliance Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards program. Details for the 2023-23 program will be available soon.
Thursday, June 9: Thursday is Employee Training Day – The Roofing Alliance is proud to have provided funding for the development of NRCA’s ProCertification program. Share photos that demonstrate how you train your workers.
Friday, June 10: It’s Friday, and that means it’s time to celebrate a successful National Roofing Week – share photos showing us how your company celebrated this week!
