HERNDON, Va. — Beacon announced that it has opened greenfield locations in College Station and Sherman, Texas. The branches establish Beacon’s service to both residential and non-residential customers in the vibrant Bryan-College Station and Sherman-Denison markets.
“We look forward to introducing the Beacon customer experience to contractors in College Station and Sherman. Our team of building materials experts will help customers grow their businesses by saving time and operating more efficiently,” said Jason Taylor, president of Beacon’s West Division. “We are also proud to give back as we join the community by helping neighbors through our national partnership with Rebuilding Together.”
The College Station and Sherman branches are stocked with leading brands of roofing and complementary products, including Beacon’s own TRI-BUILT™ brand. Contractors in these markets will have immediate access to Beacon PRO+, our digital platform that will allow them to manage their business online.
“We are really excited to welcome Beacon to our neighborhood,” said Steven Godby, executive director of Rebuilding Together Bryan/College Station. “Beacon’s commitment to putting people first means our partnership will help create safe and accessible spaces for our community members in need.”
Julian Francis, president and CEO of Beacon, said the opening continues to demonstrate Beacon's commitment to making Ambition 2025 investments to drive above-market growth and operational excellence.
“We intend to open approximately 15 locations this year to support our 2025 organic growth ambitions as well as talent development opportunities for the Beacon team," said Francis.
