Feazel, the large Ohio-based roofing contractor, recently announced it has completed the acquisition of Music City Roofers, based in Nashville, Tenn. Terms of the deal were not released but in a statement, Feazel said its move into the South furthers its reach and now has a presence in 11 markets.
Music City Roofers is a residential and commercial roofing contractor serving Middle Tennessee. Feazel says it plans to build on Music City Roofers’s strong commitment to the community and serve the greater Tennessee region with quality products and service. The company statement added that the local expertise of Music City Roofers, combined with Feazel’s track record, is a recipe for continued success.
"We are proud to have the Music City Roofers team join the Feazel family of brands," said Leo Ruberto, Feazel, owner and CEO. "Nashville was a highly coveted market as we wanted to expand our reach. The synergies between the team in Nashville and our team led us to a natural partnership with Music City Roofing."
Established in 1988, Feazel serves markets primarily in the Midwest and was named 2021 Residential Contractor of the Year by Roofing Contractor. The company also owns and operates Shanco, operating in Maryland and Virginia, and Kearns, operating in Michigan. Feazel added a private equity investor in 2022 and projects revenues will exceed $200 million for 2023. The company says it is looking to continue to grow in southern and western markets.
