Polyglass USA, a manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing systems, has announced the launch of its new contractor rewards program, Club Premio, which replaces its current offering QRewards, set to be retired.
In a release, Polyglass said that existing customers’ history and points would automatically be transferred to the new system, sporting a new, user-friendly interface, tiered rewards, an improved learning zone, and other features. Describing Club Premio, the company said the new program is designed for ease of use and offers an expanded rewards catalog.
Contractors earn points by submitting invoices with qualifying products and also redeem points through the online portal. Items listed included gift cards, travel products, and electronics, among other choices. The program’s mobile allows users to submit invoices, track points, and redeem rewards.
Polyglass collected feedback from current customers in designing the new rewards system, the company said. A highlighted area was the ability to easily upload invoices: contractors can now drag and drop invoice files into the platform online or take a photo and submit on a mobile device.
Club Premio includes Learning Zone, a repository where contractors can find videos and information about products. Polyglass said participating contractors could earn points while catching up on its latest products and refreshing their memory on other products.
