Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions, a manufacturer of roofing systems and components, recently announced the launch of its website redesign, which the company says was timed to coincide with its presence at the 2023 International Roofing Expo in Dallas.
In a statement, Westlake said the website allows roofing contractors, builders, remodelers and consumers to explore the company’s roofing systems and components through an interface that makes navigation easy and allows for accessible information on products, resources, education, company news and more.
“We are excited to present this enhanced website for all our valued customers; whether builder, contractor, remodeler, architect or homeowner,” says Eric Miller, vice president of sales and marketing for Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions. “The navigation, content, features and experiences are all designed to enhance the overall experience our customers have exploring our roofing solutions and working with us.”
A suite of resources and attractions are available on the site. An inspiration zone features a gallery of images designed to activate customer ideas as well as connect visitors with physical design centers for in-person assistance. Inspiration also includes: the Dream Home Visualizer, an interactive design tool allowing builders, contractors, remodelers, and homeowners to “visualize” the exterior of a home with a multitude of roofing material options and trim colors; the Clay Blend Designer, an online tool which allows users to create a custom color blend for US Tile®, and the Westlake Royal Building Products™ Immersive Experience, a 3D interactive program that showcases products from all Westlake Royal brands and invites participants to explore product, color and texture options on the exteriors of three unique homes.
An updated, comprehensive Resource Library, with improved filters and search functionality, is also given its own dedicated destination on the website. Visitors are able to explore a wide range of items including, but not limited to, brochures, code approvals, installation guides, warranties, architect-specific resources, safety data sheets, technical information, educational resources including CEUs, a video library and access to easy sample ordering.
During this year’s IRE, Westlake gave a prominent display to several product lines, including Unified Steel Stone Coated Roofing, a lightweight metal option; US Tile Clay Roofing Products, a line of classic clay tiles and; Newpoint Concrete Roof Tile, a durable concrete line. The company says a big push this year is for its Energy Efficient Cool Roof System.
The Cool Roof System, featuring above-sheathing ventilation [ASV], helps achieve significant energy cost savings, the company said.
“Our Cool Roof system addresses the heightened demand among homeowners for a solution that dramatically reduces the home energy usage and costs directly tied to heating and cooling interior spaces,” said Miller..
