Victory Home Remodeling, a fast-growing construction company based in Edison, N.J., announced on June 1 it had expanded its leadership team with the addition of Bill Winters, who was named executive vice president of Leadership and Development.
Founded in 2019, Victory Home Remodeling has made substantial gains in the New Jersey home remodeling and improvement market, offering roofing, siding, window and gutter replacement. In a news release, co-founder Frank LaGuarina touted the company’s new leadership pick.
“Company culture is what makes Victory special,” LaGuarina said. “Not only do we want to hire the best and retain them for the long haul, but we're also very particular about [whom] we add to our winning team; Bill’s customer-first reputation precedes him, and we are happy to have him as part of the Victory family."
Before joining Victory Home Remodeling, Winters spent a decade at human resources consulting giant ADP, where he began as a district manager and rose through the ranks to eventually become division vice president of sales.
"Joining one of the fastest-growing companies in the home remodeling industry is an incredibly exciting opportunity,” Winters said of his new position. “The momentum and growth that this company has achieved is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the amazing leadership team and employees.”
The company said Winters’ addition will bring the talent he displayed at ADP to his new role, enhancing Victory’s “unique approach to home remodeling” and expanding its customer base.
"With Bill on our executive team, we are poised for even greater growth and long-term success," said Matt Winters, a company co-founder. "We can't wait to see what the future holds."
