Former CEO, Ohio State University adjunct professor brings strategic leadership skills to C-suite role

George Limbert, a native Ohioan, assumes the reins as Chief Administrative Officer of Feazel, the massive New Albany, Ohio-based roofing concern that booked nearly $200 million in revenue last year and was No. 12 on RC’s 2023 Top 100 Roofing Contractors List.
Feazel Roofing, a leading provider of top-quality roofing solutions and No. 12 on Roofing Contractor’s 2023 ‘Top 100 List,’ announced it had appointed George Limbert as Chief Administrative Officer, where he will oversee critical administrative functions and play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making.
In a September 27 news release announcing the appointment, Feazel offered high praise for Limbert, who previously served as chief executive and president of Red Roof, demonstrating “…exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision and delivered record financial results,” according to the release.
"George brings impressive leadership, strategic counsel and a wealth of expertise to our executive team. He is an ideal fit for Feazel Roofing as we continue to expand, innovate, and lead the industry,” said Leo Ruberto, CEO and principal of Feazel Roofing.
“We are confident that his contributions will help our company reach greater heights and drive the company’s long-term profitable growth,” Ruberto added.
The company said Limbert will leverage his operational skills and business acumen to enhance Feazel’s commitment to delivering “top-notch roofing solutions and exceptional” customer service.
"I am looking forward to adding value and contributing to Feazel Roofing’s ongoing and remarkable success, which has elevated the industry,” Limbert said. “I am committed to upholding the company’s legacy of excellence and helping expand its national footprint."
Limbert, an Ohio native, received a degree in business from The Ohio State University and earned his law degree at the University of Dayton. He is also an adjunct professor at the Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law.
In 2021, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine appointed Limbert to the TourismOhio Advisory Board.
