Pennsylvania-based roofing contractor Eiseman Construction recently received the Excellence in Community Service Award from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Keystone Chapter. The company was recognized during the chapter’s 2023 Excellence Awards Gala & Annual Meeting, held Nov. 30 at the Talamore Country Club in Ambler, Pa.
The honor is awarded to a member organization that has excelled in the area of service to a community association or to the community association industry. According to a news release, Eiseman Construction earned this distinction through its leadership in community service, demonstrated by its "detailed reporting system that helps managers provide accurate information about their homes to their homeowners and homeowners association boards." Representatives from the company also frequently present on industry topics like measures to prevent ice damming, the reroofing process, and rising construction costs due to inflation.
“We are deeply honored to be recognized by CAI Keystone for our commitment to community service,” said Melissa Eiseman, owner of Eiseman Construction. “Our business has deep roots in Pennsylvania, and it is important to us to actively support the community association industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic. We are proud to do our part to help our community shine.”
Eiseman Construction has maintained an active presence in CAI Keystone, with employees representing the company on the Awards, Pulse, and Golf Committees. Courtney Dickinson-Mukamuri, Eiseman’s director of administration and operations, previously received CAI Keystone’s Chapter Shining Star Award and was named among the organization’s Emerging Leaders Under 40.
