Tecta America, the nation’s largest commercial roofing firm, announced on Monday it had opened an office in Colorado Springs, Colo., upon acquiring Monument Roofing of Colorado, preceding the announced purchase of Eberhard Companies the following day.
Monument Roofing of Colorado, a Tecta America Company, LLC, began operations effective Jan. 22, according to a company news release, to service the needs of Tecta's growing customer base in the greater Colorado Springs market.
Monument Roofing of Colorado will provide reroofing, new roofing, and roof maintenance services in their market, and operations will be led by long-time industry veteran William (Bill) Hauschildt, serving as president.
"We have long targeted Colorado Springs as a growing and desirable market,” said Dave Reginelli, Tecta's president and CEO. “We are thrilled to partner with Bill Hauschildt, who brings over 30 years of roofing experience and will be building out a team in the area."
Reginelli added that the company’s focus will be “…serving the roofing needs of our customers with the same safety and quality they have come to know…” from our other Tecta operations.
"I have admired Tecta for many years [and] I am thrilled to be joining an organization that focuses on always doing what is right for the customer and investing in and taking care of its employees,” Hauschildt said. “I look forward to serving the roofing needs of customers in the Colorado Springs market, which I have called home for the last 30 years."
