Roof Hugger, McElroy Metal Partner with MCA for IRE Presentation
Discussion includes retrofitting for metal demonstration on expo show floor

Experts from Roof Hugger and McElroy Metal are collaborating with the Metal Construction Association for a presentation at the International Roofing Expo in Las Vegas next week, focusing on “Retrofit with Metal Systems” scheduled for 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6.
A second presentation on retrofitting will be held at 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. on Thursday, Feb 8.
In a Jan. 26 news release from Roof Hugger, the company’s Executive Vice President, DJ Highnote, will join Charlie Smith, national recover manager of McElroy Metal, to discuss and demonstrate different methods of retrofitting a roof with metal systems on the IRE show floor at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The 45-minute interactive presentation, which is included with the price of the Expo Pass, will discuss re-covering failing low-slope metal roofs with new metal systems. This is one of seven MCA “Building Clinics” focused on metal roofing conducted on the show floor during the three-day event.
Roof Hugger will be exhibiting at the show, along with Logan Stampings, in Booth No. 7246; McElroy Metal will be in Booth No. 6735.
