DaBella, a national home improvement services company, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week to celebrate the opening of its new headquarters in Austin, Texas, with more than 500 employees from branches nationwide in attendance.
In a Jan. 31 news release, DaBella’s Chief Marketing Officer, Bastian Cowsert, said the new headquarters is “…strategic to our plans to connect with homeowners nationwide; all Americans are important but everything is bigger in Texas, and to be surrounded by the unique people and culture was a deciding factor for us.”
DaBella purchased Anderson Tower, located off US 183, in 2022 and executed a multimillion-dollar renovation of the building formerly housed by the insurance carrier Citizens Inc. The six-story, 75,000-square-foot property features wraparound views from mid-rise floors and “an expansive reception area” for welcoming local candidates for job opportunities.
“When we were looking at real estate, we decided we wanted to rehab an existing building,” Cowsert said. “Adaptive reuse is a sustainable way to plant roots without breaking ground on new construction.”
DaBella concentrates its services on roofing, siding, window, and bath renovations. The family-owned company has grown to 49 branches nationwide and has made itself a fixture in the North Austin community through its philanthropic efforts.
The company has supported Texas-based charities, including the Center for Child Protection in Austin and Habitat for Humanity of Dallas, as well as national endeavors like Military Makeover with Montel, Operation Homefront, and the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
