ABC Supply Co. announced last week that Gallup had awarded the manufacturer its ‘Exceptional Workplace Award’ for the 18th consecutive year noting the “prestigious award” celebrates organizations that have achieved worldwide excellence by placing engagement at the heart of their business strategy. 

In a March 27 news release, ABC said that in the award’s history, ABC Supply stands out as one of just two companies globally to have been honored with this recognition consistently every year.

"Receiving this prestigious award for the 18th consecutive year is a tremendous honor," Mike Jost, ABC Supply's chief operating officer, said in a statement. "We owe this recognition to our remarkable team of over 20,000 associates whose dedication continues to elevate ABC Supply as a premier workplace and customer-focused business year after year."

Jost credited ABC Supply's success to its unwavering commitment to its ‘Core Values,’ which play a pivotal role in nurturing its strong culture.
