ABC Supply Co., Inc., North America’s largest independent wholesale distributor of roofing and building products, announced on Thursday that 31 of its branch managers will be promoted to managing partners. 

ABC said in a May 30 news release announcing the elevations that branch managers must meet “rigorous requirements in associate development, customer satisfaction, branch performance, safety compliance and excellence in overall business practices” to be selected as managing partners.

“Showcasing remarkable leadership, passion and dedication to their customers and teams, these branch managers represent the best that ABC Supply has to offer,” said Mike Jost, ABC Supply's chief operating officer. “We’re grateful to have these talented associates as part of our ABC Supply family and welcome them into our Managing Partner Program.”

ABC Supply said that, as managing partners, these leaders will continue overseeing their respective branches' day-to-day operations while now also serving on ABC Supply’s National Branch Advisory Board. More than 440 branch managers have matriculated through ABC Supply’s Managing Partner Program.
