Power Home Remodeling, a national exterior home remodeler and Fortune magazine's No. 14 ‘Best Company to Work For,’ has expanded into Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and Las Vegas, marking its 20th and 21st locations in the U.S., the company said in a news release.

Fort Lauderdale is Power’s second location in the Sunshine State, following the company’s 2017 launch in Tampa. The company signed a 34,203-square-foot lease in the Sawgrass Technology Park, which has a warehouse space of 10,050 square feet. The facility will serve as a client hub for Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Greg Wilson, vice president of customer development, KC Kyle, vice president of sales, and Trevor Perryman, vice president of installation services, will lead the Fort Lauderdale office.

Power’s new Las Vegas location marks the company’s furthest west footprint to date. Power has signed leases for a main office and warehouse space, collectively occupying about 45,000 square feet. Power currently services homeowners in Clark County and plans to expand into additional surrounding areas. Products include windows, doors, roofing, and solar panel offerings.

The Las Vegas office space is also outfitted to host future ‘Dan Price Craftsmanship Academies,’ POWER’s proprietary training program, which creates career opportunities by training employees to become installers.

Jesse Asch, vice president of customer development, Michael Nakashian, vice president of sales and Michael Turner, vice president of project services, will lead the Las Vegas office.

“POWER has been investing in homegrown leadership development for the last two decades,” said co-CEO Asher Raphael. “This early, ongoing investment in our people has prepared us to continue expanding with leaders uniquely qualified to bring a new level of service and commitment to communities across the country.”
