Omnia Exterior Solutions, a CCMP Growth Advisors, LP portfolio company, announced on Monday that Neal Hemenover had been named Chief Information Officer; he will be responsible for building technology and application platforms focusing on finance, human resources, operations, security, communications and collaboration.

“Our company is in the throes of building its infrastructure from the ground up, and Neal’s vast experience in doing so is going to be invaluable to us,” said Jeff Kizilbash, chief executive officer of Omnia Exterior Solutions. 

“Innovative, industry-leading technology [will] be at the forefront of the many resources and services we plan to bring to our platform partners. Neal’s role and expertise are critical to our success,” he added.

In a July 1 news release, Omnia said Hemenover is a recognized expert in autonomous technology design and deployment and has worked in more than six different industries, delivering IT services for medium to large-sized organizations. 

He has led innovative transportation projects promoting safe and sustainable mobility solutions. In his most recent role as senior principal of operations for Stantec, Hemenover led a new team called GenerationAV, which was focused on building digital products for the autonomous vehicle market. 

Hemenover is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor of science degree in Management of Information Services. He is also a graduate of the CIO Training Program from the University of Chicago’s CIO Institute.
