Peak Roofing Partners, a portfolio company of Exuma Capital Partners, recently announced that Bruce Bessire has been brought on as the company’s chief operating officer.
Peak Roofing said Bessire will lead the company’s daily operations and report directly to founder Anthony Perera.
“Bruce’s more than twenty years history of guiding companies towards sustainable growth and revenue gives us the confidence that he will push Peak Roofing towards new heights,” Perera said in a news release.
“I have full trust in Bruce to lead the daily operations as we continue to grow with plans of acquiring additional companies,” Perera added.
Bessire’s career includes leadership roles in multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, manufacturing, property and casualty insurance, and roofing.
Most recently, Bessire served as the vice president of Revenue and Strategic Initiatives at a third-generation commercial roofing company. He also led what Peak described as a “sister residential roofing company” focused on retail sales and partnering with home insurance carriers to create preferred roofing programs.
“My passion is helping teams and organizations reach their highest goals and aspirations,” Bessire said. “Anthony, the team, and I are fully aligned in taking the Peak Roofing Partners family of companies to be one of the top residential roofing powerhouses in the U.S.”
