Denver-based Scope Technologies announced last week the launch of its ProData Property Report SaaS platform providing roofing contractors and insurers with “essential data to support market expansion,” consider risk analysis, and gain operational efficiencies.

“ProData Property Report is crafted to be both comprehensive and user-friendly, saving time and helping professionals make data-driven decisions that give them a competitive edge," Jerod Raisch, Scope Technologies’ founder and CEO, said in an August 21 news release.

ProData provides information like building codes, sales tax rates, permit data, storm history, and home equity analysis. The tool's detailed financial and demographic data could help contractors enhance inspections, operations, and sales strategies and target new markets, particularly those with aged roofs and homes with equity.
