Over the years, Sullivan worked for Drexel, Dibiten, Monsey-Bakor, Henry and Homasote. He spent the final 16 years of his career at APOC / Gardner-Gibson Inc.
Tobiasson was a building science researcher and adviser to the NRCA. He received the Roofing Alliance’s William C. Cullen Fellowship Award for research regarding venting steep-slope, compact roof systems.
Rene Dupuis, founder of Structural Research Inc. in Wisconsin, was the recipient of the MRCA's James Q. McCawley Award and contributed significant research and insights to the roofing industry.
Fred Good served as executive vice president of the NRCA from 1957 until his retirement in 1989. A scholarship fund has been established in his name to support those seeking a career in the roofing and building industry.
