Tobiasson was a building science researcher and adviser to the NRCA. He received the Roofing Alliance’s William C. Cullen Fellowship Award for research regarding venting steep-slope, compact roof systems.

Robinson served on multiple NRCA committees and as a director from 2007 to 2014. and 2011-14.

Long-time Boak & Sons employee Mark "Odie" Odom passed away on April 25, 2019, but his family still remains a part of the roofing contractor's family.

Dallenbach, 61, was a territory sales manager for Roofmaster, and previously worked for companies such as GAF, Tarco, Burbank Roofing Supply and RSG.

Robert “Bob” L. Porter was the Western States Roofing Contractors Association’s (WSRCA) 19th president and was inducted into the WSRCA Hall of Fame in 2007.

Rene Dupuis, founder of Structural Research Inc. in Wisconsin, was the recipient of the MRCA's James Q. McCawley Award and contributed significant  research and insights to the roofing industry.

Fred Good served as executive vice president of the NRCA from 1957 until his retirement in 1989. A scholarship fund has been established in his name to support those seeking a career in the roofing and building industry.
