OSHA found a roofing and building products company in violation of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act after firing two truck drivers for raising concerns about vehicle safety.
In his new role, Fogel will be the company’s lead contact with area contractors and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specification.
The scholarship will award $25,000 annually to the dependents of Beacon employees pursuing post-secondary education at a two-year college, four-year university or vocational-technical school.
