Las Vegas fire crews responded to a fire on the roof of the Fontainebleau Hotel property on the Las Vegas Strip, which occurred on July 22, with no injuries reported; investigators are determining the cause, and the 67-story hotel, under construction since 2007, has changed ownership multiple times. 

METALCON has deployed to slow-drip to garner buzz for the upcoming 2023 METALCON show in Las Vegas. The show’s producers have released a tentative schedule that includes several keynotes, learning opportunities, continuing education credits and more. 

The International Roofing Expo announced its 2024 expo date as Feb. 6-8, 2024, scheduled days before Las Vegas Super Bowl LVIII but with plenty of accommodations to host roofing professionals from around the country.
