Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc. has acquired the assets of CSC Home & Hardware, a distributor of drywall, roofing and hardware products.

Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc. has acquired the assets of DRI Supply Co., a distributor of drywall, roofing and insulation products.

U.S. LBM Holdings LLC has acquired Blevins Building Supply, a building materials distributor with five locations in western North Carolina and one in southern Virginia. 

SRS Distribution has acquired Crown C Supply Co. Inc., an independently owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products & accessories.

SOPREMA Inc. has acquired Derbigum Americas Inc. in a deal announced Aug. 1.

SRS Distribution has acquired the wholesale division of Interstate Building Materials.

SRS Distribution announced that they have closed on a transaction in which affiliates of Leonard Green & Partners, L.P.  will become the majority stockholder of the Company alongside a continuing ownership group that includes both management and Berkshire Partners.

U.S. LBM Holdings LLC , a distributor of specialty building materials in the United States, announced that it has acquired Myrtle Beach Building Supply. With this acquisition, U.S. LBM now operates eight locations across North and South Carolina.
