Dean will manage Highland’s in-house service teams to ensure the successful completion of roof repair and maintenance projects in the Triangle region.

Connor will manage Highland’s in-house production team and subcontractors to ensure the completion of new construction and reroofing projects in the Triangle region.

Jeanette Omdalen will assume the role of CEO following the sale, and Jamie Schmidt will assume the role of chief financial officer for Highland Roofing Company.

Denning will manage Highland’s in-house production team and subcontractors to ensure the completion of new construction and reroofing projects in the Triangle region.

Awroski brings years of commercial roofing to Highland, having worked for Centimark, Tecta America and Benton Roofing.

Prior to joining Highland, Matthews spent over four years at Baker Roofing in Raleigh, where he worked first in service-sales followed by project management.
