"If you don't have good credit and collection processes in place, the next six months are going to start really shifting, even though everybody says, 'Wow, our industry's really good, we're making all this money, we've got all this work out there,'" Dudley said. "Not everybody is awesome with their money and not everybody is planning, and not all of those projects are going to be awesome, so that next six to nine months are going to be critical if you don't have something in place."
