Bayer MaterialScience LLC has appointed Bill Brengel as the general manager for the spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation and roofing materials business. 

The NRCA will hold its semi-annual regional conference April 29 at the Soprema Pompano Beach Regional Office and Training Facilities in Pompano Beach, Fla. 

 Registration is now open for the longest-running polyurethanes conference in North America. 

 Innovative Metals Company Inc. (IMETCO) has acquired Martin Fireproofing Corp., a manufacturer of specialty metal roof deck systems.

 Spider, a division of SafeWorks LLC, has announced that Sherry Wade has joined its Denver operation center. 

 Ernesto Infante has joined the Product Solutions Department of Englert Inc. as its product solutions specialist and environmental design consultant.

 As of April 1, Metalcrafts Inc. has joined Tecta America.  

The agreements for both representatives start in April 2015.

Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc. has acquired the assets of Western Roofing Supply Company Inc.

 In recognition of its efforts to help abandoned and neglected animals, St. Louis-based Delta Exteriors has been presented with the third annual CNA/NRCA Community Involvement Award.
