Soundcore Capital Partners completed its sale of Roofing Corp. of America to FirstService Corp.; the deal closed on Dec. 15, and financial details were not disclosed. 

Ricken joins RCA with nearly 30 years of experience in the roofing industry, having held positions with leading contractors and manufacturers throughout his career.
