Moderne Ventures, a Chicago-based venture capital firm, unveiled its 2023 Spring Passport Class of participating companies seeking education, exposure, insight, and relationships to drive customer growth through a six-month course.

Virginia competed with Maryland for the project, which will create over 400 new jobs over five years.
