Roofing Services Solutions, a Dunes Point Capital portfolio company, recently acquired Stratus Construction & Roofing, a Maitland, Fla.-based firm providing re-roofing and exterior services to multi-family, residential, and commercial customers. 

Roofing Services Solutions, a Dunes Point Capital portfolio company, acquired Tavares, Fla.-based West Orange Roofing, a provider of re-roofing and exterior services with three Florida locations.

Dunes Point Capital, LP, based in suburban Rye, N.Y., announced on Dec. 26 that it had launched Roofing Services Solutions, LLC and acquired Clermont, Fla.-based Noland's Roofing, Inc. as its first acquisition.

Dunes Point Capital will sell Harvey Building Products to Lansing Building Products, while Lansing is simultaneously selling majority interest to Markel Corporation.
