Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. settled claims with a major stakeholder by issuing a $2.1 million promissory note and 150 million shares of common stock to resolve financial issues. 

North Carolina-based Aurora Pro Services has agreed to pay a $50,000 settlement to two employees who alleged termination for refusing to attend daily "cult-like" Christian prayer meetings, according to the U.S. EEOC. 

The 2020 incident occurred at a jobsite in Mars, Pa., where an employee fell to their death and three others were injured after falling from a roof and scaffold.
