2020 Will Be?: “We opened up a new office in Houston and also grew in our more established offices,” Lowe said. “We focused on increasing volume with our current customers. Having the right employees that care matters. We’re real particular on hiring the right people. We want quality over quantity. Having the right people increases our service to our customers, which in turn increases sales. So we basically try to really take care of our employees because that is where it all starts.”
