GAF Enters Partnership with ServiceTitan
Technology agreement further expands SaaS provider’s reach within roofing

GAF announced it had partnered with ServiceTitan, the SaaS customer relationship management system that launched its roofing platform last fall. SRS Distributors, one of roofing’s “Big 3” distributors, announced a partnership with the CRM provider last November, giving it a prominent placement among roofing contractors.

ServiceTitan, the software platform that powers several trades, has been selected by GAF, one of North America’s largest roofing and waterproofing manufacturers, as the preferred customer relationship management solution for exterior contractors.
In a Feb. 11 news release, GAF said the partnership gives exterior contractors access to ServiceTitan’s web-based tools, designed to accelerate revenue growth and optimize workflows.
As part of the integration, GAF QuickMeasure reports are now available within ServiceTitan, enabling contractors to generate more accurate roof measurements and estimates.
In addition to the QuickMeasure integration, Master Elite contractors using ServiceTitan can receive a 3% rebate on their ServiceTitan core roofing subscription.

GAF said the partnership marks the first time it has “officially endorsed” a CRM provider, reinforcing its commitment to helping contractors streamline their business operations and drive profitability.
The company noted that contractors can quickly order single-family roof measurements in under an hour, reducing manual entry errors with auto-populated forms. The CRM tools increase accuracy and efficiency in estimating, boosting close rates by allowing contractors to provide fast, precise estimates within ServiceTitan.
