KANKAKEE, Ill. –– IKO is very pleased to announce that Chris Martinez has accepted the position of Regional Sales Manager, Southwest.

Martinez has extensive experience in the building materials and roofing industry, most recently as National Accounts Manager for Polyglass USA. Martinez also has experience in regional sales management with Polyglass and Hanson Tile. Martinez’ background also includes more than 10 years of experience with Elk Corporation in sales and as product brand manager.

Martinez’s key responsibilities will include developing brand image of IKO’s roofing products in the Southwest region and growing sales in several geographic territories, not previously serviced by IKO. Keith Lowe, vice president of sales, US, states, “This is an exciting time for IKO as we begin our expansion into the Southwest market, and I am confident that Chris will provide the needed leadership for IKO’s success in this new venture.”
