BATON ROUGE, La. — Jasper Contractors Inc. has announced its acquisition of SCL Roofing LLC. Jasper will honor all SCL client contracts and warranties as part of the buyout.

“This business decision will provide current SCL clients with the same customer service and superb product installment they have learned to trust while enabling Jasper to increase its scope,” Jasper Owner and CEO Brian Wedding said. “Additionally, we are actively searching for other roofing and construction companies to acquire.”

SCL Roof, which has 10 locations nationwide, specializes in new roof installations and replacements for residential properties, using only the highest-quality materials from manufacturers such as GAF and TAMKO.
