MINEOLA, N.Y. — MAX USA has announced that Ron Pedzinski has been hired as the new western regional sales manager.

Pedzinski’s career includes 25 years of experience in sales of premium building products and construction materials through distribution into many market segments including commercial and residential. He has more than 15 years of experience in sales management and distribution development covering the Western United States. His success in driving profitable sales results from developing profitable solutions and strategic territory plans for his regional sales executives and distribution partners, which are used to build strong relationships and to train and motivate channel partners in the territory. His ability to analyze markets, and channel partners and end users allows for profitable revenue growth and market share growth.

Pedzinskiand his wife, Anita, celebrated 25 years of marriage this October. They currently reside in North Tustin, which is in Orange County, Calif., just south of Los Angeles.
