BELOIT, Wis. – Building products distributor ABC Supply Co., Inc. has acquired the assets of ROOFTEK Roofing Supplies, Inc., a distributor of roofing products located at 6001 Manning Rd. in Miamisburg, Ohio, and will continue to serve customers out of this location.

 

The acquisition provides ABC Supply with its third location in the Dayton market. Current ROOFTEK Roofing Supplies associates will continue to work at the location, providing a seamless transition for existing customers.
