BELOIT, Wis. — Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc. has acquired the assets of Trumbull Vinyl Products, Inc., a distributor of roofing, siding and other building products, located at 2922 State Route 5 in Cortland, Ohio, and will continue to serve customers out of this location.
Trumbull Vinyl Products was founded in 1994. The acquisition provides ABC Supply with its first location in the Warren/Cortland area, which will give local contractors greater access to a wide variety of exterior building products and an on-time delivery promise for every order. Current branch associates will remain at the location, providing a seamless transition for existing customers.
