McKinney, Texas – SRS Distribution recently announced that Venture Roofing & Building Supply, an independently owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products, has joined the SRS Family of Companies. Venture is headquartered in Tulsa, Okla. and maintains the following additional locations: North Little Rock, Arkansas; Richland Hills, Texas; Weatherford, Texas; and Melissa, Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Venture Roofing & Building Supply was founded in 2012 and currently employs a team of over 55 people. Venture covers a primary market area of North Texas, Northeast Oklahoma, and Central Arkansas, servicing professional contractors, local homebuilders, home improvement contractors, and remodelers. Venture’s entire sales and operations team will be staying with the company to run the branches going forward.
