ROSEMONT, Ill. — The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) has announced that NRCA members now can certify their subcontract labor through NRCA ProCertification at the NRCA member rate.
NRCA ProCertification, NRCA’s national certification initiative, aims to create a competent, sustainable and high-performing roofing industry workforce. Experienced installers and foremen who demonstrate substantial roofing skills and knowledge can become certified by the NRCA in specific roof system applications. Additional information about NRCA ProCertification is available at www.nrca.net/procertification.
Interested roofing contractors should contact Brad Martz, the NRCA’s services sales manager, at bmartz@nrca.net to get a discount code to help their subcontract labor become ProCertified.
The NRCA recently made its ProCertification Qualified Assessor program available online for interested roofing professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Qualified Assessors evaluate the hands-on performance of roof system installers seeking NRCA ProCertification. Additional information, eligibility requirements and applications are available at www.nrca.net/qualifiedassessors.
