Flynn Group of Companies and Noorda BEC Inc. have signed a letter of intent to combine their operations.

Noorda has over 400 dedicated employees, working out of offices in Salt Lake City, St. George, and Boise. The company has built a reputation in the industry based on its strong values and ability to perform large and complex construction projects, with a view to customer satisfaction.

Noorda is led by Chris Noorda, who has aggressively yet strategically grown Noorda over the past 50 years. Noorda’s strategic and “people first” leadership style will be key to Flynn’s organic growth plans in the region.

With offices across North America, Flynn will now have upwards of 6,000 employees and continues to be an industry leader when it comes to the Total Building Envelope. The announcement comes on the heels of Flynn Group and AARA Construction Inc. signing a letter of intent that will expand their reach in the Southwest.
