Every year, RC is proud to select Young Guns — some of the brightest and most promising individuals under 40 working in the roofing industry — and honor their nominations at our annual Best of Success conference.

Unfortunately, we were unable to honor new nominees this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but this offered a unique opportunity. In honor of RC celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2021, we spoke with some of our previous Young Gun nominees to see how they’ve fared and how they’ve dealt with the pandemic. Unsurprisingly, we found these Young Guns are not only surviving, but thriving, and they are happy to share their newfound wisdom.

Whether it’s their eagerness to learn or their ability to quickly adapt with technology, these individuals are proof that the roofing industry is in good hands in the pandemic and beyond.
