The U.S. Customs and Immigration Services recently announced that employers can file H-2B petitions for returning workers with this year’s H2-B supplemental visa rules. Roofing contractors are also advocating for passage of the Workforce for an Expanding Economy Act. RC Legal Insights analyst Trent Cotney breaks down the meaning of both developments for contractors.
