Traveling to and from jobsites and the office is typical in the roofing and construction industry, but a new Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) letter may cause auto injuries to be reportable incidents.
In this brief video, RC Publisher Jill Bloom catches up with Trent Cotney, partner at Adams and Reese, during the Western State Roofing Contractors Association’s (WSRCA) spring board meeting, held March 29-31 in Palm Springs, Calif. Cotney stresses the importance of contractors reviewing OSHA’s letter of interpretation on work-related injuries when involved in a motor vehicle accident.
Cotney also gives a sneak peek at the WSRCA’s 2022 Western Roofing Expo, scheduled for Sept. 24-26 at Paris Las Vegas Hotel in Las Vegas.
