DALLAS — National Roofing Partners (NRP) announced the restructuring of its leadership team, which includes two veteran NRP leadership team members reporting directly to Steve Little, who remains at the helm as CEO.
Kyrah Coker is promoted to the role of the company integrator along with continuing in her role as chief financial officer leading NRP’s service department, shared services, including risk management and partner relations. With five years of experience at NRP, she is instrumental in meeting the performance goals of the organization as well as NRP’s many partners and stakeholders. Coker also serves as the mentoring vice chair for National Women in Roofing, a director of D/FW Construction Financial Management Association and is currently on Diversity Equity and Inclusion along with Government Affairs committees with the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA).
Tony Rader is promoted to chief operating officer. In addition to expanded operational and estimating department responsibilities, his continued oversight and direction to drive revenue will ensure continued growth for NRP. Rader continues his instrumental role in positioning NRP to meet the needs of the dynamically-evolving commercial roof services industry. Rader is also well known for his tenure in the construction industry, which includes current board member and past chair and executive committee roles with Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), also serving on the NCCER board of directors.
“Two years ago, we established a succession plan and today the NRP Board of Directors and I are proud to promote Kyrah and Tony to these new leadership positions,” said Little.
