Roofing Alliance, the 190-member nonprofit arm of the National Roofing Contractors Association comprised of industry leaders from the contracting, manufacturing, distribution and service provider communities, announced Eagle Roofing Products, Rialto, Calif., as its newest Regent Level member.
Eagle Roofing Products is a privately owned manufacturer of concrete roof tile systems found in 1989 by the Burlingame family in California’s Inland Empire, near San Bernardino, and 56 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. The company has since grown to become a large player in the global market for concrete roof tiles, with locations in Florida, Arizona, California, and Nevada.
“Joining the Roofing Alliance will provide all Eagle team members with the opportunity to enhance engagement by developing a deeper understanding of the external forces that both create challenges and opportunities for our company, and our industry,” said Eagle Roofing Products Vice President Sales and Marketing John J. Campbell.
“In addition to its many philanthropic endeavors, the Roofing Alliance has helped the roofing industry create awareness and pathway towards resolving workforce shortages through training and education,” Campbell added. “We are honored to have the opportunity to help advance the roofing industry by joining this outstanding organization.”
The Roofing Alliance selects and provides oversight of programs and funding for progressive research that shapes, improves, and advances the roofing industry in four key areas: education and training, technology, sustainability and philanthropy.
“Member participation is vital within the Roofing Alliance, and much of the organization’s strength comes from its broad base of supportive contributors,” said Alison L. LaValley, the organization’s executive director. “The roofing industry has a wonderful history of generosity, and for roofing professionals who would like to be involved in giving back and securing the future excellence of the roofing industry.”
