Power Home Remodeling, the Pennsylvania-based roofing and exterior home remodeler, continues its nationwide expansion after announcing the opening of its 19th location in San Antonio, the concern’s fourth office in Texas.
The company said it had signed a 29,490-square-foot lease on Central Parkway South in San Antonio; 10,500 square feet will be used as warehouse space, according to a company news release on June 21. Along with its new San Antonio s[ace, Power Home’s other Texas locations include Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
The company said its initial offerings for the San Antonio market would include windows, roofing, attic insulation, and solar panel offerings. The release noted that the An Antonio opening coincides with the 10-year, 30% government-issued Solar Investment Tax Credit.
Kirk Chapman, vice president of Customer Development; Royce Duncan, vice president of Sales; and Keven Uzun, vice president of Project Services, will lead the office. The company is actively looking for installation partners to join the team and will be hiring for additional in-field roles soon.
