ICP Group, the North American manufacturer of specialty coatings, adhesives, sealants, and chemicals, recently named Jay Doubman as its new president and chief executive officer in a company announcement sent out on September 20.
In the news release, ICP said Doubman now leads a team of more than 1,000 employees and is responsible for accelerating revenue growth and enhancing profitability for the company. The new CEO has deep experience in the building products industry.
“ICP has been at the forefront of the industry with an innovative, cutting-edge offering and well-known, trusted brands,” Doubman said. “I’m thrilled to be a part of such an incredible organization again and will leverage my experience in the building products space to build on the exemplary work of the team and keep the momentum going.”
Doubman rejoined ICP Group after serving as president of its Building Solutions Group as recently as 2021. Before becoming CEO, Doubman was COO of Ecore International, a manufacturer of recycled rubber indoor and outdoor surfaces.

Doubman earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University.
