The Latino and Hispanic roofing segment continues to grow, which was apparent during the 2024 International Roofing Expo, with members of the community showing up in force.
In response, the IRE significantly expanded its Latino-friendly offerings through bilingual breakout sessions, Latino-specific programming and other events during the three-day expo in Las Vegas.
Among these events and programs included an hourlong reception on Tuesday called “EmpowerAll Together” that brought together attendees to foster conversation and networking opportunities. It was held in collaboration with Latinos en Roofing, the National Roofing Contractors Association — the principal IRE sponsor — and National Women in Roofing.
There were also multiple groups present, including SRS Distribution's Para Latinos, Latinos in Roofing, the Latinos en Roofing organization, and Latinos in Roofing Associated.
We're celebrating the growth of these groups and the community with this photo gallery, highlighting just how important the Latino and Hispanic community is to roofing.
