The National Roofing Contractors Association is organizing its third Roofing Day trip to Washington D.C., which will also include a forum about increasing diversity in the industry.

Roofing Day in D.C. 2019 kicked off Wednesday with about 500 representatives of roofing converged on the nation’s capitol, intent on making the industry’s biggest concerns known on Capitol Hill.
"We just don't push working with your hands anymore. We've been pushing kids toward four-year degrees and that’s really hurt our industry," explained the founder of ROOF Management.
